Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Softetra, we value our clients and aim to deliver the best possible services in Information Technology and Marketing. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be applicable when you engage with us. By making an upfront payment for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

General Policy

All payments made to Softetra are considered as service fees for project initiation and execution.
Refunds are provided only under the specific conditions mentioned below.
Any request for a refund must be made in writing via email to billing@softetra.com within the applicable timeline.

Refund Eligibility

Upfront Fee Paid, but Project/Service Not Started (within 7 days): If we fail to begin the project/work/service within 7 days of upfront payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Upfront Fee Paid and Work in Progress: If the project/service has already been started and is in progress, only 50% of the upfront payment will be refunded.
Upfront Fee Paid and 50% of Project Completed: Once 50% or more of the project/service has been completed, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after the project has started.
Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs, lack of communication, or client-requested pauses.
Services purchased through third-party platforms or vendors.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

Softetra reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
